La lapidation, encore?

On l'a prévenue qu'elle allait être lapidée dans une semaine. Elle s'appelle Ashraf Kalhori! Il y a presque cinq ans qu'elle est en prison (Evin). On l'accuse d'avoir été complice de son amant, du meurtre de son propre mari. Le meurtre qu’elle avait constamment nié et nie toujours. Et elle n'a que 37 ans... c’est absolument absurde parce que cette peine a été suspendue depuis 2002, sous l’ordre direct d’Ayatollah Shahroudi (le Ministre de la Justice) et bien évidemment sous la pression des organisations humanitaires mondiaux.

Ashraf a quatre enfants de 9 à 19 ans. Elle a commis un adultère parce qu’elle n’avait jamais aimé son mari (comme des milliers des Iraniennes, elle est victime d’un mariage forcé) et sa demande du divorce a été rejetée à maintes reprises par le juge sous prétexte qu’elle avait des enfants à élever et qu’elle était obligée de s’adapter à cette situation et d’assumer son rôle de mère. D’après les juges, le fait de ne pas aimer son mari, n’est pas une raison acceptable pour le divorce.

C’est vrai que l’adultère n’est pas apprécié par la société mais ce n’est absolument pas un crime. Avoir les rapports hors du mariage ne transforme pas l’adultère en un criminel. La LAPIDATION est la plus sauvage punition faite envers les femmes par la société patriarcale.

« Cette nouvelle vague » s’est mise à marcher depuis le nouveau président en Iran. Les extrémistes ont repris leur souffle et font la loi. On dit que deux femmes ont été lapidées à Machhad et une autre a y été condamnée à Oroumieh.

Votre voix compte plus que vous ne le pensez. Nous pouvons tous la sauver en faisant pression sur le Ministère Iranien de la Justice. Qui sait, peut-être un jour on va abolir cette peine inhumaine à jamais.
